THB El Cid - Adults Only

We haved room with the sea view and the sea view was amazing! We also have half board and all food was delicious. Every dinner haved different theme, so the food was different every evening. Staff was complement and very helpful. Hotel was clean and direction was great, end or start on the platja de la palma. Car rent from the reception went also great and we get our car just from the hotel parking lot when we left it too.

Perfect location directly on the beach, nice view from "seaview" room, perfect bus connection to the Palma city centre, bike rental offices and bike storage room right in the hotel, many bars and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful staff, they were so good to us. Suna gave us advice on how to navigate the area and they were all so helpful when we had a late flight but had to check out. They still offered us use of the pool, the lounge to wait in and charge our phones, and a shower to freshen up for our flight before we left at night. Amazing food spread. Turns out we would have done well to eat all our meals at the hotel as we were spoilt for choice at breakfast and dinner for only a small fee. There was just too many choices, as they spread out a variety of absolutely delicious food. The bedding was superb and the shower was pretty good.

It was simply the cleanest beautiful hotel ive ever stayed in ..the staff were amazing ..and the food was the best.The pool area was spotless and relaxed..and the location perfect facing the beach .The maids were there every day and cleaned our room to perfection.I cannot fault anything ..we have already booked to go again in November and cant wait

I really enjoyed how organized and clean everything was. The hotel had a relaxing vibe, and it was great to have both quiet areas and evening entertainment like live music. The location was perfect for exploring and also for just relaxing by the pool. The service felt personal and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I really liked the amazing sea view from our room, the variety of food at dinner, and the friendly staff — especially Beatriz at the reception.
