THB El Cid - Adults Only

I recently stayed at THB El Cid during my vacation in Palma de Mallorca and had a good experience. The location of the hotel is very nice, situated just a few steps away from the beach and surrounded by several restaurants and shops. The room itself is spacious, clean, with all the necessary amenities. One of the things I loved most about was the beautiful view to the Mediterranean, even if it was a lateral room. I bet the ones that are in front of the sea get a stunning sea view. In addition, the pool area was beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade and overlooking the sea. Overall, I recommend THB El Cid to anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca.

The hotel was close to the airport and Palma, situated right on the beachfront. There were two separate pools with plenty of choice of sun beds. Rooms were spacious with lovely sea views and a great rainfall shower. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was brilliant and the hotel had tried to accommodate for different dietary preferences for dinner.

Location was excellent. So near the airport yet no aircraft noise. Beach across the road. The hotel was spotless and had a lovely fresh clean smell. Breakfast was excellent and we dined at the buffet on our last night and it too was fabulous and very good value at 14€ pp. Rooms were fresh and newly decorated. Cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Will stay again.

Nice hotel with all (what I’ve noticed) rooms having sea view. The view is really pleasant. The clientele is predominantly 45+ years old, so the place is quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by multiple cafés, restaurants, shops. Vicinity to the airport is a plus - only 5 minutes by car. At the same time, the planes didn’t bother us at all - they take off in distance and you can hear them only during daytime. In the evening they take off to another direction.

The service was very pleasant. Everything was clean. The room was big and comfortable (we booked with sea view) and the view really nice (from the room and from the terrasse, where are the restaurant and 1 pool)! The beach in front of us was the best in this area, better than in S'Arenal, so we were happy we stayed here! There is two pools and both have their beauty. The food was delicious, every night a different theme, so you don't get bored with it! The airport was close, we found it practice like this. It doesn't bother a bit. We payed a lot, I think, but this year is everything more expensive, so....
